In order to integrate your customers’ static catalogs (BMECat 1.2, Excel, CSV) in the Onventis e-procurement system, we require a binding order from you. Please send us your order for the services you need based on the following specifications.
How do I import a static catalog into Onventis?
There are two ways to import your static catalog (BMECat 1.2, Excel, CSV) into your customer’s Onventis e-procurement system:
1. You commission Onventis to import the catalog.
2. You can generally import your catalog into the Onventis account of your customer by yourself. However, because the creation and installation of the catalog data are customer-specific, you need your customer’s supplier guide. Please request the supplier guide from your customer. You will also need an FTP account in your customer’s Onventis system to upload your catalog via self-service.
Are there transaction fees?
A distinction has to be made between one-time service fees, and monthly user fees. If you use our Procurement Integration Services, you will incur one-time service fees according to the current price list. If your annual order volume per Onventis customer is less than 35,000 euro, there are no additional user fees. After 12 months we will audit the actual revenues. If this proves that the revenues were over 35,000 euro, monthly user fees will be retroactively charged.
Are there costs for catalog installation when revenues are low?
No. Unlike many others in the market, we do not charge transaction fees or commissions. You don’t have to worry about hidden fees with Onventis: Our pricing is transparent for all market players. A monthly user fee is charged with an annual order volume of 35,000 euro. This is incurred by catalog hosting including an FTP account.
How do I integrate a small catalog with just a few articles in Onventis?
With Onventis, you can import Excel or CSV catalogs up to 20 MB independently and free of charge using the Onventis web interface. However, you will need the access data for your Onventis supplier account, which only your customer can provide you with.
Terms and Conditions
Recurring user fees for catalogue hosting are for the provision of usage rights, for which the following special terms and conditions apply:
- Your business is entitled to a simple, untransferable right of use, as intended, of the Onventis cloud within the agreed upon scope of services and use.
- We will provide your company with the necessary storage space for the duration of the contract, and grant access to the platform for the purpose of importing, maintaining, and using your electronic catalog as intended.
- Payment is due in entirety at the beginning of the contract period, 14 days after receipt of invoice.
- The contract is effective upon placement of the order and enters into force immediately. The contract is concluded for a period of one year (“contract period”). It shall be extended by an additional 12 months unless it is terminated in writing by one of the contracting parties three months before the end of the contractual term.
Note on expected order volume:
If you have indicated that your expected order volume with a catalog does NOT exceed 35,000 euros annually, you will receive a credit. A credit for catalog hosting is valid ONLY with an order volume less than 35,000 euros per contract year with each Onventis customer. With an order volume above 35,000 euros, the credit becomes invalid and the user fees will be retroactively charged. The order volume will be audited every year.
